Our History
IRP was founded in 2009 by Frank Pronesti who is the owner and Broker of Record. Mr. Pronesti who began his Real Estate career working with one of the nations largest Commercial Real Estate Firms has 20+ years experience in the Industry and decided to start IRP because he saw a need for Professional Representation for small/mid size investors when it came time to sell or finance their properties.
